‘Satan Told Me To Do It’ -Man Says After Killing Neighbour

The accused claimed he was not 'legally responsible' for murder since he was urged by the devil

A man, 22-year-old Edwin Estrada, who said he was high on drugs and hearing strange noises when he killed an elderly man with a sauce pan has been convicted of murder.
Estrada was also found guilty of weapons offenses, burglary, robbery and credit-card theft charges.
The convict claimed he was not legally responsible for the murder of 88-year-old Vincent Leuzzi because he was high on marijuana and was urged on by the voice of the devil.                                                 

According to Daily Mail , he faces possible life in prison and a minimum of 30 years.
An expert witness for the prosecution testified Estrada had made up his claims since he made up his mind later that day to go shopping and get dinner before skipping town.
