Actor Kenneth Okonkwo Causes Stir During Charly Boys' Father's Memorial Court Session

Veteran Nollywood actor, Kenneth Okonkwo, is now a Barrister.

Many people know Kenneth Okonkwo, aka Andy , as a fantastic Nollywood actor who is very good at interpreting his roles. In fact, he is one of the pioneers of the movie industry in Nigeria with his pioneering role in the first ever movie, Living in Bondage.
He moved on from there to become a very big player in the industry. For a while now, he has been off the scene and what many did not know was that he went back to the classroom and qualified as a lawyer.
Okonkwo caused a big scene at the memorial court session held for the late Justice Chukwudifu Oputa, the father of the maverick one, Charles Oputa, the one known as Charly Boy or Area Fada.
The session was presided over by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mariam Aloma Mukhtar, and had in attendance several dignified Nigerians including the former governors of Anambra and Rivers States, Peter Obi and Dr. Peter Odili respectively.
The actor in Kenneth Okonkwo took over when he made an audacious entry, dressed in his regalia as a Barrister. His entry changed the mood as the lawyers in attendance all wondered if the there was a movie shoot at the court.
An enquiry was quickly sent to him to find out if the court was a movie location but the eminent personalities were pleasantly shocked that the popular actor is now their learned colleague of the bar.
